Not only do we do the bonds for the contractors, we also provide the Property & Casualty Insurance for them. This gives the contractor a one-stop-shop where he can get all of his bonding and insurance needs from the same agency making it less trouble and easier for him/her. In addition to the standard lines of insurance, we are able to provide the Builders Risk, Owners Protective Liability, Railroad Protective, and Insurance for Joint Ventures if needed.

We not only provide the insurance, but we help with the insurance audit and any claims that may occur. We will make sure that a contractor's payroll is in line with what he/she actually pays per year so the result of the audit is minimal. We will also act as the personal risk manager to help in providing the desired coverages and the correct limits so the contractor will not be in default with any state or municipality.

In addition to Property & Casualty Insurance, we are able to offer Key Man Life Insurance and Buy-Sell Agreements funded with life insurance.
