John Williams

Owner/President

John is the agency principal and producer. He has been in the insurance and bond business since 1978, and started Williams & Associates Insurance Agency, Inc. in 2000. He graduated from Iowa State University in 1977 with a B.S. degree in Accounting.

Becky Williams

Finance Manager

Becky takes care of all the day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping needs. This includes preparation of all quarterly tax reports. Becky also assists with other clerical duties and is backup for Terry when she has to be away.

Terry Blickhan

Office Manager

Terry is in charge of managing all client-related duties. Her duties include speaking daily with clients over the telephone, maintaining client files, preparing bid bonds and final bonds, keeping specialty software updated, and preparing any other client correspondence and e-mails.
